GPR Technician
Baltimore, MD
IGE is looking for a GPR technician based in the Baltimore, MD office. This position will be in the field on construction sites. Selected candidate will work independently and must maintain specific goals. Territory will include all of Maryland and some surrounding states, with possible travel all over the US. Applicant must provide a résumé and cover letter outlining skills and ability to meet the demands of this high-travel position. Candidates with any previous work samples (EX: CAD drawings, technical reports, etc.) are highly encouraged to submit their samples when applying. Candidates should also provide the names and contact information for at least 3 references upon applying.
We Drug Test! Random Drug tests are and can be given on each and every job you go to as well. Personal Vehicle is required for transportation to and from field office to job-site. Valid Driver’s License: No DUIs and good driving record is required. Applicant must be able to pass a background check since most of our jobs are high-security federal jobs.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum three years’ experience working with GPR equipment
- Extensive knowledge of sub-surface investigations, GPR principals & methods
- Extensive knowledge of EM and RF Locating equipment & techniques
- Full understanding of Concrete Construction practices
- Concrete Cutting & Drilling experience a plus
Core-driller
Washington D.C.
IGE is looking for a Core-driller based in the Washington DC main office. This position will be in the field on construction sites. Selected candidate will work independently or under direct supervision of the project managers. Territory will include all of Washington DC and some surrounding states. Applicant must provide a résumé and cover letter outlining skills and ability to meet the demands of this position. Candidates should also provide the names and contact information for at least 3 references upon applying.

- Experience working on drill rigs, heavy equipment, such as boom lifts, forklifts, driving trucks with trailers
- Mechanical/maintenance experience
- Good understanding of Concrete Construction practices
Concrete Field Testing Technician
Washington D.C.
IGE is looking for a Concrete Field Testing Technician based in the Washington DC main office. This position will be in the field on construction sites. - Knowledge and ability to properly perform and record the results of seven basic field tests on freshly mixed concrete
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds all day long
- Full understanding of Concrete Construction practices
