Introduction to IGE
Founded in 2008, Innovative Global Enterprise was originally called Tri-state Concrete Scanning which is now our trade name. Our executive group has collectively over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. We are centrally located in Columbia, MD and service the areas of northern Virginia, Maryland, Southern Pennsylvania and Delaware. We are small enough to take pride in each and every project we do, yet agile enough to take on projects of all sizes. Our expertise spans the construction industry spectrum, from smaller renovations to multi-million dollar projects. We specialize in healthcare and industrial facilities, commercial, institutional and educational buildings, as well as infrastructure projects such as nuclear and waste water treatment plants.

Tri-state / IGE has been our GPR/core drilling sub for issues/conflicts on our PT podium deck. He has been extremely reasonable on pricing and jumped thru hoops to keep us on schedule as not to delay follow on trades etc. I would high recommend him for your project.

IGE is a full-service design, fabrication/ assembly and installation facility. We specialize in commercial and residential railing systems made of stainless steel, glass and aluminum. IGE offers many years of combined expertise along with an unparalleled depth of professional experience.
